WHEN LJ Hooker CEO Janusz Hooker came to Bundaberg to see how the floods had affected the business, he would not have been expecting the good news he found.

LJ Hooker Bundaberg principal Jonathon Olsen said the sales office had been C[pounds sterling]madly busyC[yen].

C[pounds sterling]I've spoken to a couple of the other agents and they say the same thing.C[yen]

He said the office had signed 12 sales deals over the past week.

C[pounds sterling]There is definitely a good positive outlook at the moment,C[yen] Mr Olsen said.

C[pounds sterling]There seem to be genuine sellers and genuine buyers in the market.C[yen]

Mr Olsen said at present his office was working on getting more stock.
