AMONG the cases dealt with at Teesside Magistrates' Court on December 6, 2010 were: Chantelle Domanique Ward, 22, of Haddon Street, Middlesbrough, jailed for 12 weeks for failing to comply with a community order and assaulting a police officer.

Neil Rayner, 33, of Radstock Avenue, Roseworth, Stockton, banned from driving for 12 months and fined pounds 300 with pounds 115 costs for failing to provide a breath specimen.

Jennings Ford, of Cargo Fleet Lane, Middlesbrough, fined pounds 900 with pounds 65 costs for failing to give driver information to police.
