HE has 10 finger and 10 toes.

His mum and dad live in Toowoomba.

He is a perfectly anormala five-and-a-half-month-old baby boy.

However, little Louis Alexander Marr's start to life was far from ordinary.

Mr and Mrs Marr went through the agency, Surrogacy India, which matched the couple with their surrogate.

She as well as her husband were regularly screened for diseases, the health of the baby and surrogate was monitored and the surrogate given dietary supplements.

aThe clinic orchestrated everything,a Mrs Marr said.

aWe received reports every month. We received ultrasounds and CDs with footage of the baby moving.

aWe had a dream pregnancy; she was so happy and comfortable.

aShe really enjoyed it up until the end. …
