A look at how the Southeastern Conference's 12 teams stand in terms of the NCAA Tournament heading into this week's SEC Tournament:

THEY'RE IN

FLORIDA

The Gators are the regular-season champs for just the fifth time in school history. It's only the third time they've won the title outright.

KENTUCKY

The Wildcats are the only other SEC team ranked in the latest AP Top 25. They closed the season with victories over Florida, Vanderbilt and Tennessee.

VANDERBILT

The Commodores lost three of their last four games and missed out on the No. 2 seed in the East. Looks like they're in now, but things could change.

TENNESSEE

The Vols are projected as high as a No. 9 seed. Finishing the season 3-6 means an 0-1 performance at the tournament would make things dicey.

ON THE BUBBLE

ALABAMA

A poor non-conference schedule and some bad losses mean the Crimson Tide likely has to reach the final.

GEORGIA

Beating Auburn in the first round could be enough, but making the final should do it. …
