Getting to Core of iPad 2; Apple Fans Go Online to Getaccess to the Latest Technology

AS Apple released its iPad 2 in Australia yesterday, with queues of people waiting outside stores in capital cities to buy one, Bundaberg residents have been warned not to expect to get one here.
Apple fan and Bundaberg teacher Sean Udal said he had contacted all the retail outlets that might be expected to sell the iPad 2 in the city, and was told none would be available here.
C[pounds sterling]I phoned Target and they said I could order one, but it would probably take about three weeks to arrive,C[yen] he said.
C[pounds sterling]I don't understand why if they're making such a big deal about this launch, they haven't allocated any to the regional cities.C[yen]
Mr Udal said he was keen to evaluate the iPad 2 for its use as a classroom tool.
The iPad 2 is the second generation of the iPad, a tablet computer designed, developed and marketed by Apple.
It serves mainly as a platform for audio-visual media including books, periodicals, movies, music, games and web content.
Bundaberg Mac Users Group member Bruce Cairns is also keen to get hold of an iPad 2, but he is not bothering to go through outlets in the city.
