Article excerpt

HAPPINESS IS FREE It's nice to be nice To say thank you and please To never bully or cruelly tease.

It's good to be friendly and give help when you can and in so doing promote The value of the brotherhood of man. It's good to be honest To be fair and true To do unto others what you Would want done to you. It's good to be tolerant and To respect other views To show some compassion When others receive bad news.

It's nice to be cheerful Not miserable or bland To stand shoulder to shoulder When fear is at hand. It's good to feel safe Content and secure To wake up each morning With no sense of dread. It's good to be alive and to enjoy every day Exploit all your senses Feast on what you see Don't hold back, happiness is free.
