COFFS Coast sporting clubs are urged to be on the ball and support the Cancer Council's Call To Arms project.

Being a sportsman makes it easy to spread the word a you can dedicate a round of matches from your club's fixtures and get all your players to wear a yellow armband and raise funds to help fight cancer in men.

Men are more inclined to leave their health concerns until it is too late so spreading this message will help encourage men to be proactive about their own health.
