A 1958 beach shack on 607sq m in central Maroochydore walking distance to the beach one way or Sunshine Plaza shopping centre in the other direction.

Briefly introduced to readers last week, we will be following Ray White salesperson Oliver Shearer, the sellers Lorraine and David and any prospective buyers week by week up until auction day of 46 Bungama Street on May 28.

Owning the investment property since 1982, Lorraine's mum once lived over the back where a block of units now sits.

The father of the tenants, who have occupied the three-bedroom home since the '80s, once lived next door also.

In a surprise move Lorraine and David purchased a unit on the waterfront a few weeks ago. Oliver has been communicating with them for some time including last year when he sold the house next door.

Following a recent phone conversation to keep them up to date on local real estate news, they inspected, bought and now they're selling.
