Leaked Images Reveal Revamped Look

MERCEDES-Benz has been forced to take the wraps off its new-look M-Class SUV more than three months before its official motor show debut.

The German brand has shown off the refreshed SUV ahead of September's Frankfurt motor show following a number of leaked images of the M-Class surfacing on the internet.

The all-new model gets a completely revamped look to bring it more into line with the rest of the Mercedes-Benz family.

The M-Class's new front-end includes a redesigned, more upright grille, smaller, more angular headlights, and a more aggressive front bumper with wider air intakes.

In profile, the M-Class looks lithe, with the bulging arches of the current model having been swapped for smoother, less shapely front and rear quarter panels.

The rear of the ML has also seen some attention, with more streamlined tail-lights and rear bumper and a larger rear spoiler.

There have also been a number of changes beneath the skin, with three models confirmed for the M-Class's overseas launch in September (all of them all-wheel drive, all fitted with the current seven-speed auto transmission). …
