IN A first for the dealership, Wippells Autos has taken out the Dealer of the Year for the three major brands it represents a[pounds sterling] Mazda, Subaru and Volkswagen.

A commitment to customer service and staff training have paid off for Wippells Autos with the Toowoomba dealership on June 9 being announced as Subaru's 2010 Retailer of the Year for this region.

This is the second consecutive year the dealership has won this award and is a tribute to the great customer service and after-sales support it offers customers.

The award is very inclusive and comprises all areas of business including sales, parts, customer satisfaction, dealership facility, finance and overall dealership commitment to the franchise's brands.
