So, How's Your Day Been?

Article excerpt

I DON'T know about you, but I'm starting to get a bit sick of over-friendly shop assistants.

I know I'd be the first one to complain about poor customer service Co in fact, I've whinged about it a couple of times before Co but lately it seems the pendulum has swung too far and some shops are over-compensating by instructing their staff to be too friendly.

C[pounds sterling]It's been a shit of a day actually,C[yen] I reply.

C[pounds sterling]We were trying to get a story together on the de-amalgamation of local government on the Coast but nothing went right ... and don't even get me started on the long-term implications of the LNP's budget-cutting decisions for the new hospital. Tell me, what do you think of the future of the Maroochydore CBD in light of last week's decision by members of Horton Park Golf Club? …
