THEY'VE only been operating three months and already they've got an order from Jimmy Barnes.

Pizza Under Fire is a new Rockhampton business started by mother-daughter team Helen Stewart and Fiona Howard.

The mobile wood-fired pizza business has already got some massive bookings including the Dingo Race Day this weekend, where Cold Chisel will be playing.

C[pounds sterling]Jimmy Barnes has ordered 10 of our pizzas,C[yen] Helen said.

The team are busy getting four hundred pizzas ready to cook at the event this weekend and Helen said it was great they were so busy already.

C[pounds sterling]We make all the pizzas in a registered kitchen, then we freeze them and transport them in freezers and cook them up on spot.C[yen]

The crew make four ranges of pizzas, the light ranged which consists of breads like garlic and pesto, the premium range, which is largely based around meat and includes pizzas like barbecue beef, chilli beef and minted lamb, the gourmet range, including chicken pizzas, bacon and egg, Mexican and Italian, and the indulgent range, which is made of desserts largely based around chocolate bases with berries and cream. …
