BENNETT (Ashington). Suddenly but peacefully in hospital on 14th October, aged 89 years, Vera (nee Johnston), beloved wife of the late Cecil, much loved mam of Sandra and Brian and motherinlaw of Ian and Janet, a devoted grandma of Andrew, Stuart and Jonathon and a loving aunt to all the family. Friends please meet for Requiem Mass at St. Andrew's Church, Hawthorn Road on Saturday 22nd October at 10.00am, followed by private cremation. BURNETT (Alnwick). Formerly Newcastle. Passed away peacefully in hospital on 16th October, aged 91 years, Jack, loving husband of the late Elizabeth, very dear father of David and Linda also much loved and special grandfather and great grandfather, sadly missed by soninlaw Joe and daughterinlaw Marjorie. Service at West Road Crematorium, Newcastle on Tuesday 25th October at 1.00pm. In hospital after a short illness on 16th October, aged 85 years, Sam, dearly loved husband of the late Hilda, much loved father of Anne and Michael, fatherinlaw of Paul and Gill and devoted and loving grandad to Katherine. Service at St. Michael's Church, Alnwick on Friday 21st October at 9.30am, followed by cremation at Cowpen Crematorium at 11.00am. HUNTER (Dorset). Sherborne. Formerly of Bedlington and Hadston, Northumberland. Molly (Mary Annie, nee Green), died peacefully at Ludbourne Hall, Sherborne, Dorset, on 16th October 2011, aged 96, much loved wife of the late Gil and mother of Mary, Jim, Alice and the late John and dear motherinlaw, grandma, great grandma, auntie and friend. She will be greatly missed by everyone who knew her. The Funeral Service will take place at St. John's House, Sherborne, on Tuesday 1st November 2011 at 1.30pm, followed by cremation at Yeovil Crematorium. A Service of Thanksgiving will be held in the near future at Widdrington United Reform Church, Northumberland. Family flowers only please.
