GOLF: Tiger Woods has warned he's regaining the swing, speed and distance that helped him to rule world golf.

The former world No.1 said yesterday those key elements were returning to his game because he's finally been able to resume explosive training after years of injury.

On a day when controversy continued over his former caddie Steve Williams' racial slur about him, Woods said the game was becoming fun for him again because of the improvements he was seeing.
