WHAT THE SCHEME OFFERS

Joining the Trainee Management Scheme enables you to earn while you learn, within a dynamic and fast-paced sales industry. It provides trainees with the opportunity to gain a management qualification as well as the skills to lead a team within the Post Office branch network in just two to three years.

"This is an exciting role where you'll work and develop with other likeminded individuals who are dedicated to delivering excellent customer service and leading a team to achieve outstanding results," adds Matthew.

The purpose of this scheme is to build talent pools of future middle and senior managers across the Post Office network. To achieve this, individuals will progress through a two- to threeyear development programme that will equip them to manage teams and deliver the 170 products and services the Post Office offers.
