BOWLERS will be vying for $4000 in prizemoney when the City club hosts the Australia Day men's fours carnival.
A total of 16 teams can nominate for the event which will be played on Saturday, January 21, and Sunday, January 22.
It won't matter if it rains, hails or shines because the venue is an undercover carpeted green.
The Australia Day carnival is traditionally the first major event for the year.
Teams will be playing games of 18 ends, or a time limit of two hours and 20 minutes.
Nominations can be sent to the City club or by phone on 49574410 and the nomination fee is $40 a player.
