Okay Fellas, It's All about You; New Book on the Way Just about Men

SOMETIMES writing projects happen quickly and easily, sometimes they happen slowly and with difficulty.

I am personally delighted that after several years of compiling and editing stories for my next book, The Wisdom of Women, it will finally be published in April, in time for Mother's Day.

It was a book that started as something completely different, and then got put aside while my three animal (horses, dogs and cats) anthologies were published, but I hope the end result is something very rich and diverse. My publishers have designed a beautiful package for the book and for someone who tends to immediately move on to the next project, I have to say even I am tempted to keep dipping into it, savouring the stories and the look and feel of the book.

So, you may wonder a or not a what's the next project?

If I had a dollar for every time a man has said to me over the past four years awhy do women always write about women; why doesn't someone write about men?a, I'd be rich, or at least moderately wealthy, or at least, not poor.

So with some trepidation I decided to create a book for men, and with a lot of brain-storming with my wonderful publisher we decided to create a book that didn't just concentrate on stories from men, but which also tackled an issue a the incredibly complex, some might say contentious issue of what it is men feel women don't understand or ageta about them, and what men really want women to understand about them. …
