MIKEL ARTETA today admitted Arsenal's 0-0 draw at Bolton was "not good enough" and warned they cannot afford to be so wasteful if the club are to secure a top-four finish, writes James Olley.

Robin van Persie hit the woodwork twice and a string of chances went begging as the Gunners avoided a fourth League defeat in a row but dropped to seventh, five points behind fourth-placed Chelsea.

Arteta wants a quick improvement, starting with Saturday's visit of Blackburn, if they are to stay in the race for Champions League qualification. "This result is not good enough," he said. "We have got the players and the quality to have a better result. Hopefully we are going to get the points on Saturday.

"I am not saying we are not performing. We had the chances to score and we didn't. You are not going to get 15 chances. …
