WEATHER: It is shaping up to be another good weekend for the beach this weekend with warm temperatures expected along with light to moderate winds. The only downside is the ongoing chance of scattered showers and thunderstorms, and the likelihood that it will be pretty muggy. The winds will be light in the mornings at around 5-10 knots from the SE, before swinging SE/E (and perhaps even NE) in the afternoons at around 10-15 knots.

TIDES: Saturday a High 10.47am; Low 5.05pm

Sunday a High 11.29am; Low 5.21am/5.46pm

SWIMMING: Swimming conditions should be good this weekend, with mostly gentle ocean conditions expected. The mornings will be the best time for a swim, due to the lighter winds and the incoming tide, but conditions are looking OK right throughout the day. It could get a little choppy in the afternoons as the afternoon sea breeze kicks in, and just be careful during the outgoing tide as the mid-morning high tides are still quite large. …
