AFTER triumphant and sold-out Choral Classic concerts in November last year, the extraordinary audience reaction has prompted The Australian Voices Octet to go aon the roada.

It will be a trip that will take in more than 80 towns and cities across Australia, including Gympie next month.

Ticket prices are less than half what The Australian Voices usually charges with tickets between $5 and $20.

Featuring a repertoire that includes Mozart, Rachmaninov, Tchaikovsky and Bach as well as Australian composers Gordon Hamilton, Stephen Leek, Daniel Walker and Paul Stanhope, The Australian Voices brings its unique, soaring sound to the wonderful acoustic settings in churches and cathedrals around the country.

The Australian Voices is under the baton of conductor and composer Gordon Hamilton. Under his direction, The Australian Voices is forging new musical experiences, crossing genres and exploring new frontiers of excellence.

Hamilton has been honoured with numerous international awards.
