CBD High Life Luring Buyers; Apartment Prices Cut to about 50% of Plan Price

THEY searched Australia all over for people to buy apartments at Aspire, while the buyers were waiting in Ipswich all along.

Ray White Real Estate is celebrating after finding buyers for all the apartments and commercial businesses at Aspire in the CBD.

Ipswich's first high-rise residential tower was forced into receivership last year after only half its apartments sold.

Ray White Commercial Ipswich CBD's Trent Quinn and Warren Ramsey marketed the remaining apartments on behalf of receivers McGrathNicol.

Some of the apartments were sold at auction in September and the rest have now been snapped up..

aAspire is now all sold. The vast majority have settled,a Mr Quinn said.

Mr Ramsey said that in the two and a half years before Ray White took on Aspire as a receivers' property, three apartments were sold.

In the seven and a half weeks since the auction they sold 44 apartments and two commercial entities including the Bakehouse Steakhouse. …
