UNIVERSITY'S quest for a rare TCI triple crown will face its biggest hurdle this weekend.

The Students will play three blockbuster games in three days as they look to confirm themselves as Toowoomba cricket's top A-grade side.

First up, Uni will take on Railways in the second T20 semi-final at Heritage Oval tonight.

Tomorrow, they will head to Captain Cook Oval for the top-of-the-table two-day clash against Northern Brothers Diggers.

And on Sunday, the Students face Diggers again in the rescheduled one-day decider.

Uni captain David Else admitted playing three high stakes games in a row could take its toll.
