TENNIS: Top seed Isabelle Wallace and No.2 seed Harry Bourchier secured the singles titles of the 2012 Optus 16s National Claycourt Championships at the George Alder Tennis Centre in Ipswich yesterday.

In the girls' final, Victorian Wallace defeated current Optus 14s National Grasscourt champion Olivia Tjandramulia (Rockhampton) 6-2 6-4 to win her second national junior championship.

C[pounds sterling]I'm really proud of myself for winning the title this year,C[yen] said Wallace, who is currently ranked No.60 in the Australian Rankings.

In the boys' event, Tasmanian-based Bourchier won the 16s title after he defeated fifth-seed Jake Delaney (NSW) 6-0 6-2 in a match that lasted one hour and 18 minutes.
