Derelict Trailer Rusty Nuisance

Article excerpt

I WOULD like to put a question to the Department of Housing Maroochydore about the shortage of car spaces for tenants in Wyandra St, Noosa Heads.

Why have you allowed the owner of an old rusted, out of registration for over two years, with flat tyres, water filled trailer in the car park where the tenants have run out of car spaces for their cars? It does not matter how many tenants have rung Housing, the only reply is that he has Housing's permission.

A few years ago one of the female tenants was C[pounds sterling]orderedC[yen] to remove her car as it was out of registration otherwise she would be breeched then evicted if the car was not removed. Is this another case of rules for one tenant and another rule for another tenant?

When are you going to look after all of us?
