Networking IT; Council Hosts Free Presentation for MITN Members

An IT networking lunch will be held at Mackay Regional Council between midday and 2pm.

This is an informal networking event for MITN (Mackay IT Network) members.

The format will be a light lunch, a short presentation from council on a topic of interest (possibly their iDevice strategy), some facilitated discussion about who's doing what, and networking time for individuals to compare notes.

This session will be at no cost to members.

Jade Corporate is hosting a fatigue and stress management workshop.

Total Balance will explore strategic ways to manage fatigue and stress in a variety of settings.

The workshop looks at different types of stress and offers tools to understand and deal with it.

It will be useful for those who want to become more motivated and engaged in the workplace and at home.
