Jackpot Rapist Facing Another Eviction; Landlord Wants Convicted Sex Attacker out of Luxury Property

LOTTO rapist Iorworth Hoare is today facing being booted out of another luxury North East home.

The sex-attacker, who won pounds 7.2m after buying a lottery ticket while on day release from prison, secretly moved into a plush country home in Corbridge, Northumberland, 10 days ago.

But his new landlord, Newcastle Falcons owner Semore Kurdi, had no idea that the tenant an agent found for his pounds 1.7m property is the convicted rapist.

He is now taking steps to get Hoare evicted from the property. He said: "I was totally unaware of this situation.

The agent took up references.

There was nothing to suggest that this was Iorworth Hoare, as we understand he has changed his name.

"I am taking advice on what steps I can take to bring the tenancy to an end."

News that Hoare has been living among them has stunned the Corbridge community. Coun David Watson, of Corbridge Parish Council said: "I think people will be very concerned that he is in Corbridge. …
