THEY'RE known for rocking out every venue they play - but next month After Midnight will be giving a very special and quieter intimate show.

Mike Hall and Dave Robson will be taking time off from their Classic Clapton UK Tour to perform a rare acoustic set at The Sun Inn, Morpeth, on Friday, July 6. Their first set will begin at about 9pm and admission is free.

The band has a huge following in Northumberland and have not appeared in Morpeth for many years.

Mike is the guitar, vocalist and ront-man of After Midnight. It has been said he not only looks like Eric Clapton, he sings and plays guitar like him too!

Bass player Dave Robson joined the band in 1995, but left to pursue other musical ventures in 2002. He re-joined last year.

Dave is a talented keyboards player and song-writer and he is a former member of North East chart band Geordie. He was with them at the time Brian Johnson left to join AC/DC.

At the Sun Inn Mike and Dave will perform acoustic versions of a few Eric Clapton songs. …
