Do you hit the ground behind the ball often?

One of the hardest things to do in golf is to make consistent contact with the ball at impact instead of hitting the ground before the club hits the ball.

The results will impact the distance the ball will travel and if we hit the ground to hard we can cause an injury to our hands, wrists or even elbow.

I am using my flightscope machine to show you what the path of the club looks like from the side view (picture one) and note how the club is making contact with the ground behind the ball instead of making contact with the ball first as in picture two.

The most common thing I see golfers do is they try to lean back as I am showing you in picture three to lift the ball into the air and but this only makes the club impact the ground before the ball as in picture one. …
