AFTER completing his Bachelor of Business degree at SCU, Callum Baxter-Walters scored a dream job right in the middle of the mining boom.

He's working as a graduate human resources advisor at Rio Tinto's Northparkes copper and gold mine in central west NSW.

He was offered the job after a successful stint at the mine with Rio's vacation program last year.
