SHANNON Noll closed the first night of the Gympie Muster with a rocking show on Thursday night.

Speaking to The Gympie Times backstage before his show, the singer-songwriter said it felt good to be back performing with a full band.

aI haven't toured with the full band in a few years,a he said.

aI've done a lot of acoustic runs, but now it's just full rock star. I hope it goes down okay.a

Noll's 75-minute show went down more than just aokaya, with the crowd responding well to the new songs off his latest album A Million Suns.

His commitment to the latest series of Dancing With The Stars, and the back injury he suffered during rehearsals for the show, delayed his current national tour for the album.

Noll is nearly halfway through the massive five-month tour, and is about to add several WA shows to the itinerary.
