Q I have been seeing a guy for the past 12 months on and off. About two months ago, he said he was willing to commit and was considering moving in with me. But the next day I discovered he was on internet looking for someone else.

I have sent him a number of text messages trying to reconnect with him and he replied in the first few weeks but then stopped responding. I have also tried to call him but it went to voice mail and I did not leave a message.

I am very sad and have been hoping that he would change his mind. What do I do that I will be able to reconnect with him again?

AIt may be time to let that fish go and look for another one.

Sometimes things in love can be hard to face, but denial will only prolong the heartache and you deserve to move on and let yourself be loved and appreciated fully by someone who truly wants to be with you.

If a friend recounted this situation to you, what would your advice to them be?
