SCHOOLS across Bundaberg have been left to clean up thousands of dollars damage following a series of C[pounds sterling]senselessC[yen] graffiti incidents this week.

Bundaberg Police Senior Constable Janet Lindsay said Norville State School, Norville Special School, Kepnock High School, Bargara State School and Shalom College had all been tagged with the C[pounds sterling]very offensiveC[yen] graffiti.

Snr Const Lindsay said the graffiti was mainly obscene language and was believed to have been carried out by juveniles.
