Purga Firm Begins to Build Empire in China; Factory Opening Continues Firm's Monumental Growth

IT'S A long way from Purga to China.

But the city of Dongguan, north of Hong Kong, is where locally owned and operated Santrev, a poultry shed builder, has opened its latest steel factory.

The company, now based in West Ipswich, has gone from its original set-up in Purga to a multi-national operation.

Santrev director Luke Trevanion said the booming company wanted to stay true to its roots.
