A NEW health survey has revealed more than a third of Australians aren't getting enough sleep but it seems Bundy is bucking the trend.

The data gathered by Natures Way shows 38% of Australians are getting less than six hours of sleep each night and that 63% have trouble sleeping due to financial and work-related stress.

But Bundy folk say they're getting plenty of shuteye, even the ones with young children.

Bundaberg man Bill Swift said he got about seven hours of sleep every night.

C[pounds sterling]I feel refreshed after seven hours sleep,C[yen] Mr Swift said.

C[pounds sterling]But I would aim for eight being optimistic.

C[pounds sterling]They say you need more sleep as you get older.C[yen]

Mr Swift said he could always get to sleep quite easily but he often stayed up a little later to watch television or read.

The survey revealed that as many as 40% of Australians would pay $50 or more to get a good night's sleep and 15% would pay between $100-$250. …
