BIRTHS.

MR. and Mrs. Edward Victor Jones were married in St. Stephenas Presbyterian Church, South Grafton. The bride was formerly Miss Patricia Irene Venaglia. The bridegroom is the youngest son of Mrs. E. F. Jones and the late Mr. A. E. Jones, of Deep Creek, Ulmarra.

MISS Enid Amos, only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A. Amos, of Coffs Harbour, married Mr. John Fuller, son of Mr. and Mrs. J. W. Fuller, of Wooli.

THE death occurred recently of Mrs. Catherine Daley, of Mary street. She was born at Iluka, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Daniel McGrath, who were in charge of the North Head Hotel. She came to Grafton shortly after with her mother and father and lived at Duke street. She is survived by her daughter and her sons, Jim and Kevin, of Mary street, and her sisters, Mrs. Mary Duggan, of Bacon street and Mrs. J. B. Humes. Her brother is Patrick McGrath, of Arthur street. …
