GOAL-GETTER Ishmael Miller hopes the floodgates will open after stabbing home his first for Boro.

The imposing hitman rammed home Boro's second after a scramble to seal an impressive 2-0 Riverside win over Hull last night.

It came in his fifth start since arriving on loan from Nottingham Forest in August and after a frustrating and injury dogged start.

And the striker, who fired the goals in Tony Mowbray's West Brom promotion side, admits it is a weight off his shoulders.

"It's taken a while to get off the mark so it feels good," he said.

"It was a bit of a relief to be fair. In the past I have started well at new clubs and got my first goal early on.

"But with the injuries and a stop-start few months I haven't really had the chance to do that here. …
