Your favourite Sunshine Coast dining experience?

Pitchfork in Peregian. Itas a great little BYO open for lunch and dinner. I love the relaxed atmosphere, the service is very unassuming and the food is great.

Your favourite cocktail or local bar?

The new espresso mai tiki cocktail at Cafe le Monde. They shake it with a cold Clandestino Roastery coffee. The result is heaven in a glass.

Favourite place to relax on the Coast?

Anywhere in the water

What are you cooking at home?

Wood-fired pizza a margherita with fior di latte and Neopolitan base

Have a secret place on the Coast you love and want to share?

The Tanglewood track. The different landscapes you go through form rainforest through to sandy heaths bushland and coastal views is really unique. I like to do the forest section first and enjoy the coastal views on the way back. …
