LAIDLEY welcomes Centrals to Bichel Oval today and tomorrow, expecting more from their opponents than they received against Alberton last week.

Today marks the start of a two-day match while tomorrow is a semi-final of the one-day competition.

C[pounds sterling]Then try and put the squeeze on with the ball.C[yen]

Wilson has a healthy respect for Centrals, even without OCOConnell.

Centrals fast bowler Rhys OCOSullivan is coming off bowling figures of 5-3 against Brothers while several of their batters have been amongst the runs.

C[pounds sterling]I think their bowling attack has a bit of depth,C[yen] Wilson said. …
