Honest Chris Has a Point to Prove

CHRIS HUGHTON will come face to face with a struggling Newcastle United team tomorrow.

But I don't expect him to rub salt into open wounds if he gets the victory that the bookies are forecasting.

I think Chris did a very good job at Newcastle - everyone can see that.

People might have said he had a bit of luck at St James' Park.

But he has since gone on to Birmingham City and Norwich and proved he is a good manager. The thing with Chris is he is an honest guy.

I am sure he will be looking forward to taking on Newcastle.

He will want to prove that they were wrong to get rid of him.

I'm sure Chris wouldn't rub it in as he is not that type of person.

He had a sticky start at Norwich but they look quite comfortable now.

And this is a tricky game for United with a lot at stake.

Dropping into the bottom three can have a bad psychological affect. …
