HOT on the heels of London Fashion Week, developers are seizing the opportunity to promote loft-style homes and live-work spaces for creative types.

In Victorian times, Henry Heath was one of London's best known milliners and customers used to visit his shop via the stately Beaver Building on Oxford Street. The workshops, to the rear, have been renamed The Hat Factory and converted into eight warehouse-style flats (pictured) with original features.
