AFTER the flood, come the mosquitoes Co and after the mosquitoes come the school sores.

Rockhampton general practitioner Joan Chamberlain yesterday said she had noticed an increase in the number of skin infections and school sores, particularly in children, since floodwaters ravaged the region last month.

While Ray Peacock and his family were fortunate enough to dodge any illness, the Depot Hill resident said the mosquitos were horrible.
