AMONG the cases dealt with by Teesside Magistrates' Court on February 12 were: Gerard Howard Ward, 30, of Teare Close, Middlesbrough, given a community order with a curfew requirement, ordered to pay PS145 costs and given six penalty points, for driving while disqualified, using a vehicle without appropriate insurance and driving without an appropriate licence.

Graham Warwick, 38, of The Stables, Wynyard, Billingham, fined PS500, with PS100 costs and given four penalty points, for speeding.

David Lee Conley, 31, of Broadwell Road, Easterside, ordered to pay PS12.29 compensation for theft.

James Donaldson, 35, of Darnton Drive, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month community order with an 80-hour unpaid work requirement and ordered to pay PS119.88 compensation with PS145 costs for theft.

Dean Williams, 40, of Greencroft Walk, Middlesbrough, given a 12-month conditional discharge for theft.

David Michael Bieliki, 33, of Letitia Street, Middlesbrough, fined PS100 and ordered to pay PS70 costs for theft.
