AFTER 19 years polishing aluminium bull bars for a living, Jason Boseley decided to swap his job in metal manufacturing for a career in personal training.

Nearing 100kg and eating fast food several nights a week, reality hit home for the 41-year-old.

aYou can have money, you can have cars, you can have the best social life in the world, but if you donat have your health or youare overweight, and you get sick a your whole life changes,a Mr Boseley said.

Seventeen months on, a lean Mr Boseley is five weeks into the job of his dreams at Goodlife Booval and has dropped 16kg.

aI feel like I am in my early 20s again a not just physically but mentally,a he said.

The Ipswich man developed a passion for the fitness industry after joining the gym with his brother last year.
