Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell restructured the front office Thursday by hiring four veteran talent evaluators.

The newcomers are director of pro personnel Chris Polian, director of college scouting Kyle O'Brien, assistant director of college scouting Paul Roell and Eastern regional scout Mark Ellenz.

Andy Dengler, who has been with the Jaguars since 1998, was promoted from assistant director of player personnel to director of college personnel.

Polian, Roell and Ellenz have all worked with Caldwell before.

Ellenz was with the Colts the last 13 years, including the last six as an area scout. He will be based in Indiana.

The Jaguars' shake-up started Monday when director of player personnel Terry McDonough, pro personnel director Louis Clark and southwest area scout Chris Prescott were fired.
