Jaguars general manager Dave Caldwell restructured the front office Thursday by hiring four veteran talent evaluators.

The newcomers are director of pro personnel Chris Polian, director of college scouting Kyle O'Brien, assistant director of college scouting Paul Roell and Eastern regional scout Mark Ellenz.

Andy Dengler, who has been with the Jaguars since 1998, was promoted from assistant director of player personnel to director of college personnel.
