INGREDIENTS 4 sandwich rounds made with chosen filling, crusts removed Pretzel sticks or wheat sticks with yeast extract 50g/2 oz/ curd (smooth cottage) cheese 1 tomato 1 carrot 1radish 2.5 cm/1 in piece of cucumber METHOD 1 PLACE two of the sandwich rounds on a board and cut each into small rectangles.
