ROAR!!!!! This summer, come face to face with Tarbosaurus, the fearsome cousin of T. rex at Newcastle's Life Science Centre.

Until November, the centre is home to the Natural History Museum's exhibition, Age of the Dinosaur which combines animatronic dinosaurs with more than 60 specimens and fossils from London's Natural History Museum collections, including real dinosaur bones. Elsewhere in the Science Centre, visitors can hop aboard the 4D Motion Ride* with its new-for-summer film, Timechasers while there's a chance to gaze at the night skies in the centre's planetarium and s uncover more dinosaur facts in the Dino Mighty Science Theatre Show. Plus, the whole family can join in the fun in the handson Curiosity Zone and Life's 'science explainers' will be on hand to help visitors make the most of their experience.
