IT'S NOT every 16-year-old who has already inspired a fashion collection before doing their GCSEs but Cora Corre is from a pretty cool family. Her parents are Serena Rees and Joe Corre, the founders of Agent Provocateur. Sex Pistols manager Malcom McLaren was her grandfather and, best of all, Vivienne Westwood, the woman who collected her MBE with no underwear on, is her grandmother. The Queen and Carole Middleton could learn a thing or two from the doyenne of punk about how to be the hippest g-ma around.

Cora Honeysuckle Corre appears in this month's LOVE magazine, alongside Cara Delevingne and Georgia May Jagger, modelling Marc Jacobs's new cosmetics line. Marc Jacobs Beauty is inspired by the rite of passage teenage girls go through putting on make-up, which made Corre a natural choice for the shoot.

Mother Serena Rees, who now runs bakery and chocolate shop Cocomaya, says she was "pretty tough: I would have loved Cora to have stayed in a pair of Start-rite Mary Janes for as long as possible. If she's really excelled at something then I'll reward her but part of being a parent is saying no." She and Joe divorced in 2007.

Corre celebrated her 16th birthday last month with brunch at The Wolseley and a shell-shaped cake made of macaroons. Her mother gave her two goodie bags from Agent Provocateur and she instagrammed a picture of herself in a figure-hugging floor-length red strapless dress, with the caption "ma new dress thanks granny v!" Party planner extraordinaire Fran Cutler commented on Corre's picture, "You look amazing, baby" and model and nutritionist Rosemary Ferguson said, "Happy birthday sweet 16". …
