ASMALL site close to Bamburgh and ideal to explore the Northumberland coastline, Kaims is a four-star owners-only park which is continually investing in new facilities.

New for 2013 is Castle Close, a new development of 11 holiday homes in a spacious setting with piped gas, private double Tarmac driveways and landscaping.

There's also a new play park and a new clubhouse bar plus an even bigger and better owners' events program with live music, day trips, quiz nights and family fun days. The park has no rental caravans and it never makes owners have to change their caravans because of their age.
