WORKERS at Interlloy, in Paget, would like nothing more than to have Billy Moore bless their new State of Origin tribute wall by screaming "Queenslander" at it.

The Paget-based industrial workshop has undergone renovations and the manager decided to paint the outside of the new office maroon in support of the Queensland side, which will go head to head with New South Wales in tonight's State of Origin decider.

"We decided the girls could get to choose the colours for the inside of the office," Interlloy manager Richard Love said yesterday. "But then I got to choose the outside colour.

"I was looking at grey colours, but then I didn't think that looked very motivating.

"So given it's the State of Origin time of year, I thought 'why not'."

After mulling over several maroon colour swabs, and holding up pictures of the Queensland colour on an iPad, they settled on the shade Murray Red.

They have since gone all out and added Queenslander flags to the tribute wall, and are hoping that they will one day be able to get Origin players to sign the wall. …
