Toowoomba Coaches out to Serve Klein Career Lift

QUEENSLAND professional tennis player Matheson Klein has teamed with two Toowoomba coaches as he looks to further his climb up the world rankings.

Klein has linked with a management team headed by Toowoomba-based biomechanist, tennis coach, nutritionist and physiotherapist Brad Langevad.

Toowoomba coach and licensed Gyrotonic fitness trainer and manager Adolfo Garcia will also work with the world number 500 player, along with former Grand Slam champion Pat Cash.

In a unique twist, interested parties are also being sought to invest in the training and support funding for Klein.

The 23-year-old is presently in Germany but Garcia said he plans to base himself in Toowoomba to work with Langevad who specialises in biomechanics and tennis techniques.

Garcia said Langevad's record includes helping rebuild the game of Greg Rusedski in 2000 to return him to the world top 20.

"Brad is also a former professional player and is world-class at what he does," Garcia said. …
